Shipping and Handling
All items that are in stock will ship same day or next business day depending on what time the order was placed.
On back-order items, an email will be sent imediately after the order was placed with an expected ship date. Orders will not be shipped until all items are in stock. Should you wish to have the order split for shipping please contact us at email@example.com
Pre-Order items will have an expected ship date on the product listing. We do our very best to make sure that items ship no later than the date provided. If there is a change than an email will be sent with an updated expected ship date.
We use both UPS and USPS for product transport depending on order size and wieght. Transit times do vary by location but will be no longer than 6 business days in the continetial US. There may be extended travel times for orders shipping to Alaska/PR/APO addresses. If you have any questions about transit time be contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Orders may be changed/canceled as long as no tracking number has been provided. Once the order has a tracking number it has been shipped and there is nothing that we can do to stop it. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel/change an order at email@example.com
Customers may return unused and unmodified product within 30 (thirty) days of the purchase date for a full refund. Returns may be made on unused and unmodified product up to 60 (sixty) days for store credit
